¹⁷ Now then, O LORD God of Israel, let thy word stand firm, which thou hast spoken unto thy slave David. ¹⁸ “But will God indeed dwell with mankind on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain You; how much less this house which I have built. ¹⁹ But thou shalt look upon the prayer of thy slave and upon his supplication, O LORD my God, to hearken unto the cry and the prayer with which thy slave prays before thee
