But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here.

But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

I tell you, my hearers, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you:

So did a Levite who came to the spot; he looked at him but passed on the opposite side.

Jesus said, "Let me do this at least," and cured him by touching his ear.

Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, they do not know what they are doing." Then they distributed his clothes among themselves by drawing lots.

see that none of you pays back evil for evil, but always aim at what is kind to one another and to all the world;
