29 Brethren, I may say to you plainly of the patriarch David, that he died, and was buried, and his sepulcher is with us to this day. 30 Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn to him with an oath, that he would cause one from the fruit of his loins to sit on his throne; 31 foreseeing this, he spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that his soul was not left in hades, nor did his flesh see corruption.
