Acts 23:7

And when he had said this, there arose a contention between the Pharisees and the Saducees: and the multitude was divided.

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I am not come to send peace, but a sword.

Many of the people therefore hearing this discourse, said, Certainly this is the prophet.

But the multitude of the city was divided; and part held with the Jews, and part with the apostles.
