But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.
And they laughed at him. But he drove them all out, and took the child's father and mother and the men who were with him and went into the room where the child was lying.
Then Jesus, seeing that a crowd was rapidly gathering, reproved the foul spirit and said to it, "You deaf and dumb spirit, get out of him, I charge you, and never enter him again!"
But he grasped her hand and called out, "Get up, my child!"
Then falling on his knees, he cried out, "Lord, do not lay this sin up against them!" With these words he fell asleep.
With these words, he knelt down with them all and prayed.
But when our time was up, we left there and went on, and all of them with their wives and children escorted us out of the town. There we knelt down on the beach and prayed;
But when he had driven the people out, he went in and grasped her hand, and the girl got up.
