Ephesians 2:17

and having come, he preached peace to you who were far off, and to those who were near:

The word which he sent to the sons of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ, (he is Lord of all,)

but now, in Christ Jesus, you, who were formerly far off, have become near, by the blood of the Christ.

and if the house be worthy, your peace shall come upon it; but if it be not worthy, your peace shall return to you.

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will among men.

and heal those in it who are sick, and say to them: The kingdom of God has come near to you.

And when he finds it, he puts it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

For the promise is to you, and your children, and to all that are afar off, as many as the Lord our God shall call.

Therefore, being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Therefore, we act as ambassadors for Christ, as though God entreated through us; we beseech in Christ's stead, be reconciled to God:
