Ephesians 6:14

Treasury of Scripture Knowledge

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

for the natural effect of light, is universal benevolence, justice, and truth:

Let your loins be girt, and your lamps burning:

by the preaching of truth, by the power of God, by the arms of justice, both offensive and defensive.

Let your minds then be duely prepar'd, be vigilant, and constantly expect the favour you will meet with at the appearance of Jesus Christ.
