Mordecai Is Honored

¹¹ And Haman will take the clothing and the horse, and he will clothe Mordecai, and cause him to ride in the broad place of the city, and he will call before him, Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delighted in his honor. ¹² And Mordecai will turn back to the king's gate. And Haman hastened to his house, and the head covered. ¹³ And Haman will recount to Zeresh his wife, and to all his friends, all which befell him. And his wise men and Zeresh his wife will say to him, If Mordecai be from the seed of the Jews which thou didst begin to fall before him, thou shalt not prevail against him; for falling, thou shalt fall before him.
