and Jesus came, and said to them, all power has been given me in heaven and in earth.

far above all the principalities, all the powers, all the potentates, all the dominations, and whatever order can be named, not only in this age, but also in the age to come:

wherefore God has highly exalted and given him a name, which is above every name;

who being ascended into heaven, is seated at the right hand of God, where angels, dominations, and potentates have been subjected to him.

The likeness of a

watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour.

but to the son he saith, "God is thy throne for ever and ever; the sceptre of thy kingdom is a sceptre of equity.

What we have said amounts to this; we have an high priest, who sits in heaven on the right hand of the throne of the divine majesty.

having Jesus in our view, the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him, endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down on the right hand of the throne of God.

and in the midst of the seven candlesticks, one who resembled the son of man, cloathed with a garment down to the foot, and girt below the breast with a girdle of gold.
