I thought it necessary, therefore, to exhort the brothers to go to you before, and to make ready your free gift before announced, that it may be ready as a free gift and not as an exaction.

And because

Not that I speak of want; for I have learned in whatever circumstances I am to be contented.

Enough

What shall we say then to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?

Let no one therefore glory in men; for all things are yours,

as grieving but always rejoicing, as poor but making many rich, as having nothing and possessing all things.
