Genesis 35:5

Jacob and his family traveled through Canaan. God terrified the people in the towns so much that no one dared bother them.

Exodus 23:27

I will send my terror ahead of you and throw any nation you meet into a panic. I will make all your enemies flee from you.

They were discouraged because of the children of Israel.

1 Samuel 11:7

The people were afraid of Jehovah. They came out united behind Saul.

Asa and his army attacked all the cities around Gerar because the cities were in dread of Jehovah. The army looted all the cities because there were many things to take.

All the kingdoms around Judah were afraid of Jehovah. As a result, they did not wage war against Jehoshaphat.

They were in great fear and panic because God is with the righteous person.
