Joseph In Potiphar's House

⁶ Potiphar turned over everything he had to the care of Joseph. He did not concern himself with anything except the food he ate. Joseph was well built and good-looking. ⁷ It came about after these events that his master’s wife looked with desire at Joseph, and she said, “Lie with me.” ⁸ He refused, and said to her: My master does not have to concern himself with anything in the house, because I am here. He has put me in charge of everything he has.
