Joseph Reassures His Brothers

¹⁶ They did therefore a commandment unto Joseph saying, "Thy father charged before his death saying, ¹⁷ 'This wise say unto Joseph: forgive, I pray thee, the trespass of thy brethren and their sin, for they rewarded thee evil.' Now therefore we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of thy father's God." And Joseph wept when they spake unto him. ¹⁸ And his brethren came and fell before him and said, "Behold we be thy servants."
