Then the Lord answered me and said, “ Record the vision And inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run.
Now go, write it on a tablet before them And inscribe it on a scroll, That it may serve in the time to come As a witness forever.
You shall write on the stones all the words of this law very distinctly.”
“Now therefore, write this song for yourselves, and teach it to the sons of Israel; put it on their lips, so that this song may be a witness for Me against the sons of Israel.
So Moses wrote this song the same day, and taught it to the sons of Israel.
Then the Lord said to me, “Take for yourself a large tablet and write on it in ordinary letters: Swift is the booty, speedy is the prey.
“Take a scroll and write on it all the words which I have spoken to you concerning Israel and concerning Judah, and concerning all the nations, from the day I first spoke to you, from the days of Josiah, even to this day.
Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah after the king had burned the scroll and the words which Baruch had written at the dictation of Jeremiah, saying,
But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.”
and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.
And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write, ‘ Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them.”
Then he *said to me, “ Write, ‘ Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’” And he *said to me, “ These are true words of God.”
And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He *said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.”
When she had said this, she went away and called Mary her sister, saying secretly, “ The Teacher is here and is calling for you.”
however, in the church I desire to speak five words with my mind so that I may instruct others also, rather than ten thousand words in a tongue.
Therefore having such a hope, we use great boldness in our speech,
