Isaiah 14:23

God Will Destroy Babylon

²² "And I will rise up against them," {declares} Yahweh of hosts, "and I will cut off name and a remnant from Babylon, and offspring and posterity," {declares} Yahweh. ²³ "And I will make her a possession of [the] hedgehog, and pools of water, and I will sweep her away with [the] broom of destruction," {declares} Yahweh of hosts. ²⁴ Yahweh of hosts has sworn, saying, "{Surely} just as I have intended, so it shall be. And just as I have planned, it shall stand:

Lord Almighty

Lord of Hosts

Says the Lord

Declares The Lord

For A Possession

Wild Animals

Babylon

Jehovah

Zephaniah 2:14

Herds shall lie down in her midst, every wild animal of a nation; even the desert owl and the screech owl shall lodge on her capitals. A voice shall hoot in the window; rubble on the threshold; for the cedar [is] laid bare.

1 Kings 14:10
