Isaiah 17:3

Oracle Of Judgment On Damascus

² The cities of Aroer are forsaken. They shall be for flocks, which shall lay down, and none shall make them afraid. ³ And the fortress shall cease from Ephraim, and the kingdom from Damascus. And the remnant of Syria, they shall be as the glory of the sons of Israel, says LORD of hosts. ⁴ And it shall come to pass in that day, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall grow lean.

Isaiah 7:16

For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land whose two kings thou abhor shall be forsaken.

Isaiah 8:4

For before the child shall have knowledge to cry, My father, and, My mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be carried away before the king of Assyria.
