Isaiah 44:3-4

‘For ^(A)I will pour out water on ^(a)the thirsty land
And streams on the dry ground;
I will ^(B)pour out My Spirit on your ^(C)offspring
And My blessing on your descendants;

And they will spring up ^(b)among the grass
Like ^(D)poplars by streams of water.’
