Yahweh Redeems Zion

⁸ The voice of Your watchmen shall lift up! They lift up the voice together; they sing aloud. For they shall see eye to eye, when Jehovah shall bring again Zion. ⁹ Break out, sing together, waste places of Jerusalem; for Jehovah has comforted His people; He has redeemed Jerusalem. ¹⁰ Jehovah has bared His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

Isaiah 51:3

Make a joyful noise to Jehovah, all the earth; breakout, and rejoice, and sing praise.
