James 1:2

Trials, Testing, And Faith

¹ James, bondman of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are in the dispersion, greeting. ² Count it all joy, my brethren, when ye fall into various temptations, ³ knowing that the proving of your faith works endurance.

1 Peter 1:6-8

Wherein ye exult, for a little while at present, if needed, put to grief by various trials,

Luke 6:22-23

Blessed are ye when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from them, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as wicked, for the Son of man's sake:

James 1:12

Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for, having been proved, he shall receive the crown of life, which He has promised to them that love him.
