But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, without uncertainty or hypocrisy.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved.

for you are still carnal. For since there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not carnal, and are you not walking like mere men?

Their end is destruction, their god is the belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things.

Devilish

You are of your father the devil, and you want to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks according to his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

and said, "You who are full of all deceit and fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not stop making crooked the straight ways of the Lord?

But I am afraid that just as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ.

He who commits sin is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.

These are the ones who cause divisions, worldly-minded, devoid of the Spirit.

They have as king over them the angel of the abyss; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek he has the name Apollyon.

And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole worldhe was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.
