Lying Prophets

¹⁰ Thus said Jehovah to this people, Thus they loved to wander, they restrained not their feet, and Jehovah accepted them not; now will he remember their iniquity and he will review their sin. ¹¹ And Jehovah will say to me, Thou shalt not pray for this people for good. ¹² When they shall fast I hear not their outcry; and when they shall bring up a burnt-offering and gift, I accept them not; for with the sword and by famine and by death I consume them.

And thou shalt not pray for this people, and thou shalt not lift up a wailing and prayer for them, and thou shalt not entreat upon me: for I hear thee not

Jeremiah 11:14

And thou shalt not pray for this people, and thou shalt not lift up for them an outcry and a prayer: for I hear not in the time of their calling to me for their evil.

Exodus 32:10

And thou be at rest to me, and my wrath shall kindle against them, and I will consume them: and I will make thee into a great nation.
