² Jehovah is the maker of the earth. Jehovah is the one who formed and established it. Jehovah is His name. ³ ‘Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ ⁴ The houses in this city and the palaces of the kings of Judah have been torn down.
