²² My people are fools. They do not know me. They are stupid people. They do not understand. They are experts in doing wrong, and they do not know how to do good. ²³ I looked on the earth, and behold, it was formless and void;

Genesis 1:2

The earth was without form and empty. Darkness covered the deep water. The Spirit of God hovered over the waters.

Isaiah 5:30
