The Promise Of The Spirit

³⁸ He that believes on Me, as the Scripture said, from within him shall flow rivers of living water." ³⁹ But this He spake concerning the Spirit, Whom those who believed on Him were about to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified. ⁴⁰ Some of the multitude, therefore, having heard these words, said, "Truly This is the Prophet;"
