The Conquest Of Jericho

¹ And Jericho was completely shut up because of the sons of Israel. None went out and none came in. ² And Jehovah said to Joshua, See, I have given Jericho into your hand, and its king, and the mighty men of war. ³ And you shall go around the city, all the men of war. Go around the city once. So you shall do for six days.

Will you not possess that which Chemosh your god gives you to possess? So whomever Jehovah our God shall drive out from before us, we will possess them.

This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones, so that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He will, and sets up over it the lowest of men.

O king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar your father a kingdom, and majesty, and glory, and honor.
