God is not a man that He should lie, neither the son of man that He should repent. Has He said, and shall He not do it? Or has He spoken, and shall He not make it good?
Yea, before the day was, I am He; and no one delivers out of My hand; I will work, and who will reverse it?

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before Jehovah our maker.
For as the rain comes down, and the snow from the heavens, and does not return there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring out and bud, and give seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so shall My Word be, which goes out of My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall certainly do what I sent it to do.
Again He said to me, Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, O dry bones, hear the Word of Jehovah.
You, even You, are Jehovah alone. You have made the heavens, heaven of the heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things on it, the seas, and all in them, and You preserve them all. And the host of the heavens worships You.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

O Lord, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because You created all things, and for Your will they are and were created.
He sends the springs into the valleys; they flow between the hills. They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild asses break their thirst. By them the birds of the heavens will have their place of rest; they sing among the branches.read more.
He waters the hills from His upper rooms; the earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your works. He causes the grass to grow for the cattle, and plants for the service of man, to bring forth food out of the earth, and wine cheers the heart of man, and oil makes his face shine, and bread sustains the heart of man. The trees of Jehovah are full, the cedars of Lebanon which He has planted; where the birds make their nests; the fir trees are the house of the stork.
He sets rivers to a wilderness and water-springs to thirsty ground; a fruitful land to a salty desert, because of the wickedness of those who dwell in it. He turns the wilderness into water-ponds, and dry ground into water-springs.
And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They do not toil, nor do they spin, but I say to you that even Solomon in his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Therefore if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much rather clothe you, little-faiths?
And yet He did not leave Himself without witness, doing good, giving rain and fruitful season to us from heaven, filling our hearts with food and gladness.
in whom also we have been chosen to an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His own will,
For all things were created in Him, the things in the heavens, and the things on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers, all things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and by Him all things consist.
Have you entered into the storehouses of the snow? Or have you seen the storehouses of the hail, which I have kept for the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war? How is it, the way the light is distributed, and how does the east wind spread itself on the earth?read more.
Who has cut a channel for the flood, or a way for the thunderclaps; to cause rain to fall on the earth where no man is, a wilderness and no man in it; to satisfy the desolate and waste ground, and to cause the source of grass to spring forth? so that you may become sons of your Father in Heaven. For He makes His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
Can you bind the bands of the Pleiades, or loosen the cords of Orion? Can you bring the constellations in their season? Or can you guide the Bear with its sons? Do you know the ordinances of the heavens? Can you set up their rulership on the earth?
Lift up your eyes on high, and behold, who has created these, who brings out their host by number? He calls them all by names by the greatness of His might, for He is strong in power; not one is lacking.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness nor shadow of turning.
Do you know the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? Can you observe the calving of deer? Can you number the months that they fulfill? Or do you know the time for their bearing, when they bow down and bring forth; they send out their pangs.read more.

For she leaves her eggs to the earth, and lets them warm in the dust, and forgets that a foot may crush them, or that the beast of the field may break them. She treats her young roughly, as if not hers; for her labor is vanity without fear; because God has caused her to forget wisdom, and He has not given her a share in understanding. At the time she lifts herself up on high, she scorns the horse and its rider. Have you given the horse strength? Have you clothed his neck with a mane? Can you make him leap like a locust? The glory of his snorting is terrifying. He paws in the valley, and rejoices in his strength; he goes on to meet the weapons. He mocks at fear, and is not terrified; and he does not turn back from the sword. The quiver rattles against him, the glittering spear and the shield. He swallows the ground with quivering and rage; and he does not stand still at the sound of the trumpet. When the trumpet sounds, he says, Aha! And he smells the battle afar off, the thunder of the captains, and the shouting. Does the hawk soar by your understanding? Will he spread his wings toward the south? Does the eagle mount up at your command and make his nest on high? He lives and stays on the rock, on the crag of the rock and the strong place. From there he seeks food, and his eyes see afar off. And his young brood also sucks up blood; and where the dead are, there he is.
Now behold behemoth, which I made along with you; he eats grass like an ox; see, now, his strength is in his loins, and his force is in the muscles of his belly. He hangs his tail like a cedar; the sinews of his thighs are knit together.read more.

Man goes out to his work and to his labor until the evening. O Jehovah, how many are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all; the earth is full of Your riches. This is the great and wide sea, in which are creeping things without number, both small and great animals. There the ships go; You made this great sea animal to play in it. These all wait on You, that You may give them their food in due season.
Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? And one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
Therefore say to the sons of Israel, I am Jehovah, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rescue you out of their bondage. And I will redeem you with a stretched-out arm, and with great judgments. And I will take you to Me for a people, and I will be to you a God. And you shall know that I am Jehovah your God, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. And I will bring you in to the land concerning which I lifted up My hand to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. And I will give it to you for a heritage. I am Jehovah!
And Jehovah said to Abram, Go out of your country, and from your kindred, and from your father's house into a land that I will show you. And I will make you a great nation. And I will bless you and make your name great. And you shall be a blessing. And I will bless those that bless you and curse the one who curses you. And in you shall all families of the earth be blessed.
And Moses went up to God, and Jehovah called to him out of the mountain, saying, You shall say to the house of Jacob, and tell the sons of Israel: You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and I bore you on eagles' wings and brought you to Myself. And now if you will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure to Me above all the nations; for all the earth is Mine.read more.

I have caused you to multiply like the bud of the field, and you are grown, and you are great; and you come in the finest ornaments. Your breasts are formed, and hair is grown, yet you were naked and bare.
When Israel was a child, then I loved him and called My son out of Egypt. As they called them, so they went from them. They sacrifice to the Baals, and burn incense to graven images. I also taught Ephraim to go; He took them on His arm. But they did not know that I healed them.read more.

And I will appoint a place for My people Israel, and will plant them so that they may dwell in a place of their own, and move no more. Neither shall the sons of wickedness afflict them any more, as before. And even from the time that I commanded judges to be over My people of Israel, so will I cause you to rest from all your enemies. Also Jehovah tells you that He will make you a house.
And it happened at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, Elijah the prophet came near and said, Jehovah, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that You are God in Israel, and that I am Your servant, and that I have done all these things at Your Word. Hear me, O Jehovah, hear me, that this people may know that You are Jehovah God, and that You have turned their heart back again. And the fire of Jehovah fell and burned up the burnt sacrifice and the wood, and the stones and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
Jehovah is a strength to them, and He is the saving strength of His anointed. Save Your people, and bless Your inheritance; feed them also, and lift them up forever.
Let the redeemed of Jehovah say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy, and gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.
And Israel joined himself to Baal-peor. And the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Israel. And Jehovah said to Moses, Take all the heads of the people and hang them up before Jehovah against the sun, so that the fierce anger of Jehovah may be turned away from Israel.
If one man sins against another, the judge shall judge him. But if a man sins against Jehovah, who shall plead for him? But they did not listen to the voice of their father, because Jehovah desired to kill them.

Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand. And Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek. And it happened when Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed. And when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses' hands became heavy. And king Arad the Canaanite, who lived in the south, heard that Israel came by the Way of the Spies, then he fought against Israel and took prisoners of them. And Israel vowed a vow to Jehovah and said, If You will indeed deliver this people into my hand, then I will completely destroy their cities. And Jehovah listened to the voice of Israel and delivered up the Canaanites. And they completely destroyed them and their cities. And he called the name of the place Hormah.
And Jehovah said to Joshua, See, I have given Jericho into your hand, and its king, and the mighty men of war.
And Jehovah delivered it also, and its king, into the hand of Israel. And he struck it with the edge of the sword, and every soul in it. He let none remain in it, but did to its king as he did to the king of Jericho.
And it happened on that night, Jehovah said to him, Arise, go down to the army, for I have delivered it into your hand.
And all this multitude shall know that Jehovah does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is Jehovah's, and He will give you into our hands.
And when they began to sing and to praise, Jehovah set ambushes against the sons of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, who had come against Judah. And they were beaten. For the sons of Ammon and Moab stood up against the people of mount Seir to completely kill and destroy. And when they had made an end of the people of Seir, everyone helped to destroy another.
And now so shall you say to My servant David, So says Jehovah of Hosts: I took you from the sheepcote, from following the sheep, to be ruler over My people, over Israel. And I was with you wherever you went, and have cut off all your enemies out of your sight, and have made you a great name like the name of the great ones in the earth.
Yet He sent prophets to them to bring them again to Jehovah. And they testified against them. But they would not listen.
Since the day that your fathers came out of the land of Egypt until this day I have even sent to you all My servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending.
Are not these the Words which Jehovah proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited, and prosperous, and her cities all around her, and the Negev and the Shephelah were inhabited?
So Jehovah scattered them abroad from that place upon the face of all the earth. And they quit building the city.
When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of Adam, He set the bounds of the people according to the number of the sons of Israel.
And the anger of Jehovah glowed against Israel. And He said, Because this nation has transgressed My covenant which I commanded their fathers, and has not listened to My voice, I also from now on will not expel any from before them of the nations that Joshua left when he died; so that by them I may test Israel, whether they are keeping the way of Jehovah, to go in it, as their fathers kept it, or not.read more.
And Jehovah left those nations, without driving them out quickly. And He did not deliver them into the hand of Joshua.
He gives greatness to the nations, and destroys them. He spreads out the nations, and leads them away.
Come, behold the works of Jehovah, who makes ruins on the earth; who makes wars to cease to the ends of the earth; He breaks the bow, and cuts the spear in two; He burns the chariots in the fire. Be still, and know that I am God! I will be praised among the nations, I will be praised in the earth.
He rules by His power forever; His eyes behold the nations; let not the rebels lift themselves up. Selah.
Who raised up the righteous one from the east, called him to His foot, gave the nations before him, and made him rule over kings? He gave them as the dust to his sword, and as driven stubble to his bow.
And He has made all nations of men of one blood to dwell on all the face of the earth, ordaining fore-appointed seasons and boundaries of their dwelling,
