Leviticus 23:44

Thus Moses announced to the {Israelites} Yahweh's appointed times.

Thus Moses spoke to Aaron and to his sons and to all the {Israelites}.

Then Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there in the midst of them."
