The Fellowship Offering

1 "'Now if his offering is a peace offering sacrifice, if he presents an offering from the herd, he must present before the Lord a flawless male or a female.

1 ‘Now if his offering is a (A)sacrifice of peace offerings, if he is going to offer out of the herd, whether male or female, he shall offer it (B)without defect before the Lord.

1 And if his oblation be a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offer it of the herd; whether it be a male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD.

1 “If his offering is a fellowship sacrifice,(A) and he is presenting an animal from the herd, whether male or female, he must present one without blemish(B) before the Lord.

1 "If someone's offering is a peace offering from the cattle, the presenter is to offer it without defect, whether the animal is male or female. They are to be brought to the LORD.

2 He must lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it at the entrance of the Meeting Tent, and the sons of Aaron, the priests, must splash the blood against the altar's sides.

2 (C)He shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and (D)slay it at the doorway of the tent of meeting, and Aaron’s sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood around on the altar.

2 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron's sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.

2 He is to lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it at the entrance to the tent of meeting. Then Aaron’s sons the priests will sprinkle the blood on all sides of the altar.(C)

2 Then the presenter is to lay his hand on the head of the offering and slaughter it at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. After this, Aaron's sons, the priests, are to sprinkle the blood on and around the altar.

3 Then the one presenting the offering must present a gift to the Lord from the peace offering sacrifice: He must remove the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that surrounds the entrails,

3 From the sacrifice of the peace offerings he shall present an offering by fire to the Lord, the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,

3 And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,

3 He will present part of the fellowship sacrifice as a fire offering to the Lord: the fat(D) surrounding the entrails,(E) all the fat that is on the entrails,

3 "The presenter is then to bring a gift from the peace offering, an offering made by fire to the LORD. He is to remove the fat that covers the internal organs, all of the fat that is inside the internal organs,

4 the two kidneys with the fat on their sinews, and the protruding lobe on the liver (which he is to remove along with the kidneys).

4 and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the (a)lobe of the liver, which he shall remove with the kidneys.

4 And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

4 and the two kidneys(F) with the fat on them at the loins; he will also remove the fatty lobe of the liver(G) with the kidneys.

4 the two kidneys with the fat on them by the loins, and the fatty mass that surrounds the liver and kidneys.

5 Then the sons of Aaron must offer it up in smoke on the altar atop the burnt offering that is on the wood in the fire as a gift of a soothing aroma to the Lord.

5 Then (E)Aaron’s sons shall offer it up in smoke on the altar (F)on the burnt offering, which is on the wood that is on the fire; (G)it is an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to the Lord.

5 And Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which is upon the wood that is on the fire: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.

5 Aaron’s sons will burn it on the altar along with the burnt offering(H) that is on the burning wood, a fire offering of a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

5 Then Aaron's sons are to burn them on the altar, over the burnt offering that has been placed on the wood over the fire, as an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to the LORD.

Fellowship Offerings Of Sheep

6 "'If his offering for a peace offering sacrifice to the Lord is from the flock, he must present a flawless male or female.

6 But if his offering for a sacrifice of peace offerings to the Lord is from the flock, he shall offer it, male or female, (H)without defect.

6 And if his offering for a sacrifice of peace offering unto the LORD be of the flock; male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.

6 “If his offering as a fellowship sacrifice to the Lord is from the flock, he must present a male or female without blemish.

6 "If his offering to the LORD is a peace offering from the flock, whether male or female, he is to bring it without defect.

7 If he presents a sheep as his offering, he must present it before the Lord.

7 If he is going to offer (I)a lamb for his offering, then he shall offer it (J)before the Lord,

7 If he offer a lamb for his offering, then shall he offer it before the LORD.

7 If he is presenting a lamb for his offering, he is to present it before the Lord.

7 If the offering that he is bringing is a lamb, then he is to bring it to the LORD.

8 He must lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it before the Meeting Tent, and the sons of Aaron must splash its blood against the altar's sides.

8 and (K)he shall lay his hand on the head of his offering and (L)slay it before the tent of meeting, and Aaron’s sons shall (M)sprinkle its blood around on the altar.

8 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron's sons shall sprinkle the blood thereof round about upon the altar.

8 He must lay his hand on the head of his offering, then slaughter it before the tent of meeting. Aaron’s sons will sprinkle its blood on all sides of the altar.

8 He is to lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. Then Aaron's sons are to sprinkle the blood on and around the altar.

9 Then he must present a gift to the Lord from the peace offering sacrifice: He must remove all the fatty tail up to the end of the spine, the fat covering the entrails, and all the fat on the entrails,

9 From the (N)sacrifice of peace offerings he shall bring as an offering by fire to the Lord, its fat, (b)the entire fat tail which he shall remove close to the backbone, and the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,

9 And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat thereof, and the whole rump, it shall he take off hard by the backbone; and the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,

9 He will then present part of the fellowship sacrifice as a fire offering to the Lord consisting of its fat and the entire fat tail,(I) which he is to remove close to the backbone. He will also remove the fat surrounding the entrails,(J) all the fat on the entrails,

9 "The presenter is then to bring a gift from the peace offering as an offering made by fire to the LORD. He is to remove the fat the entire fat tail near the spine, the fat that covers the internal organs, all of the fat that is inside the internal organs,

10 the two kidneys with the fat on their sinews, and the protruding lobe on the liver (which he is to remove along with the kidneys).

10 and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the (c)lobe of the liver, which he shall remove (O)with the kidneys.

10 And the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

10 the two kidneys with the fat on them at the loins, and the fatty lobe of the liver above the kidneys.

10 the two kidneys with the fat on them by the loins, and the fatty mass that surrounds the liver and kidneys.

11 Then the priest must offer it up in smoke on the altar as a food gift to the Lord.

11 Then the priest shall offer it up in smoke (P)on the altar as (Q)food, an offering by fire to the Lord.

11 And the priest shall burn it upon the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire unto the LORD.

11 Then the priest will burn the food on the altar,(K) as a fire offering to the Lord.

11 Then the priest is to burn them on the altar as a food offering made by fire to the LORD.

Fellowship Offerings Of Goats

12 "'If his offering is a goat he must present it before the Lord,

12 ‘Moreover, if his offering is (R)a goat, then he shall offer it before the Lord,

12 And if his offering be a goat, then he shall offer it before the LORD.

12 “If his offering is a goat,(L) he is to present it before the Lord.

12 "If his offering is a goat, then he is to bring it to the LORD,

13 lay his hand on its head, and slaughter it before the Meeting Tent, and the sons of Aaron must splash its blood against the altar's sides.

13 and he shall lay his hand on its head and slay it before the tent of meeting, and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood around on the altar.

13 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of it, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle the blood thereof upon the altar round about.

13 He must lay his hand on its head and slaughter it before the tent of meeting. Aaron’s sons will sprinkle(a) its blood on all sides of the altar.

13 lay his hand over its head, then slaughter it at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. After this, Aaron's sons are to sprinkle the blood on and around the altar.

14 Then he must present from it his offering as a gift to the Lord: the fat which covers the entrails and all the fat on the entrails,

14 From it he shall present his offering as an offering by fire to the Lord, the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails,

14 And he shall offer thereof his offering, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,

14 He will present part of his offering as a fire offering to the Lord: the fat surrounding the entrails, all the fat that is on the entrails,

14 "The presenter is then to present the gift as an offering made by fire to the LORD, that is, the fat that covers the internal organs, all the fat that is inside the internal organs,

15 the two kidneys with the fat on their sinews, and the protruding lobe on the liver (which he is to remove along with the kidneys).

15 and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the (d)lobe of the liver, which he shall remove (S)with the kidneys.

15 And the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

15 and the two kidneys with the fat on them at the loins; he will also remove the fatty lobe of the liver with the kidneys.

15 the two kidneys with the fat on them by the loins, and the fatty mass that surrounds the liver and kidneys.

16 Then the priest must offer them up in smoke on the altar as a food gift for a soothing aroma -- all the fat belongs to the Lord.

16 The priest shall offer them up in smoke on the altar as food, an offering by fire for a soothing aroma; (T)all fat is the Lord’s.

16 And the priest shall burn them upon the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire for a sweet savour: all the fat is the LORD'S.

16 Then the priest will burn the food on the altar, as a fire offering for a pleasing aroma.(b)“All fat belongs to the Lord.

16 The priest is to burn it on the altar, a food offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma. All the fat belongs to the LORD.

17 This is a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all the places where you live: You must never eat any fat or any blood.'"

17 It is a (U)perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall not eat any fat (V)or any blood.’”

17 It shall be a perpetual statute for your generations throughout all your dwellings, that ye eat neither fat nor blood.

17 This is a permanent statute(M) throughout your generations, wherever you live: you must not eat any fat or any blood.”(N)

17 "This is to be a lasting statute for all your generations, wherever you live. You are not to eat any fat or blood."
