The priest that offereth it for sin shall eat it: in the holy place shall it be eaten, in the court of the tabernacle of the congregation.
In the holy
did you not eat the sin offering at the holy place? For it is most holy, and He gave it to you to bear away the guilt of the congregation, to make atonement for them before the Lord.
This shall be yours from the most holy gifts reserved from the fire; every offering of theirs, even
every grain offering and every sin offering and every guilt offering, which they shall render to Me, shall be most holy for you and for your sons.
“And it shall be with regard to an inheritance for them, that
I am their inheritance; and you shall give them no possession in Israel—I am their possession.
He said to me, “This is the place where the priests shall boil the
guilt offering and the sin offering and where they shall bake the grain offering, in order that they may not bring them out into the outer court to transmit holiness to the people.”
They feed on the sin of My people
direct their desire toward their iniquity.
In the holy
What is left of it Aaron and his sons are to eat. It shall be eaten as unleavened cakes in a holy place; they are to eat it in the court of the tent of meeting.
In the court
“You shall make
the court of the tabernacle. On the south side there shall be hangings for the court of fine twisted linen one hundred cubits long for one side;
Then he made the court: for the south side the hangings of the court were of fine twisted linen, one hundred cubits;
erected the court all around the tabernacle and the altar, and hung up the veil for the gateway of the court. Thus Moses finished the work.
Then he said to me, “The north chambers and the south chambers, which are opposite the
separate area, they are the holy chambers where the priests who are near to the Lord shall eat the most holy things. There they shall lay the most holy things, the grain offering, the sin offering and the guilt offering; for the place is holy.
