Leviticus 9:21

The Offerings For The People

²⁰ they now placed the portions of fat on the breasts; and he offered them up in smoke on the altar. ²¹ But the breasts and the right thigh Aaron presented as a wave offering before the Lord, just as Moses had commanded. ²² Then Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people and blessed them, and he stepped down after making the sin offering and the burnt offering and the peace offerings.

Leviticus 7:30-34

His own hands are to bring offerings by fire to the Lord. He shall bring the fat with the breast, that the breast may be presented as a wave offering before the Lord.

Exodus 29:24

and you shall put all these in the hands of Aaron and in the hands of his sons, and shall wave them as a wave offering before the Lord.
