¹⁹ Behold, I give you power to tread above serpents and scorpions, and upon all the power of the enemy and nothing shall hurt you. ²⁰ But in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject to you; but rather rejoice, that your names were written in the heavens. ²¹ In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I will acknowledge to thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and intelligent, and hast revealed them to babes: yes Father, for so was it benevolence before thee.
