Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
In those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus
that the whole empire should be registered.
Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked?”
This is the declaration of the Lord God. “Instead, don’t I take pleasure when he turns from his ways and lives?
Tell them: As I live”—the declaration of the Lord God—“I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked person should turn from his way and live.
Repent, repent of your evil ways! Why will you die, house of Israel?
“See that you don’t look down on one of these little ones, because I tell you that in heaven their angels continually view the face of My Father in heaven.

2 Chronicles 33:13
He prayed to Him, so He heard his petition and granted his request,
and brought him back to Jerusalem, to his kingdom. So Manasseh came to know that Yahweh is God.
In the same way, it is not the will of your Father in heaven that one of these little ones perish.

2 Corinthians 7:10
For godly grief produces a repentance not to be regretted and leading to salvation, but worldly grief produces death.
