The Prophecy Of Simeon

²⁴ and to give a sacrifice, according to that which is said in the law of the Lord - A pair of turtle-doves, or two young pigeons. ²⁵ And lo! there was, a man, in Jerusalem, whose name, was Symeon; and, this man, was righteous and devout, awaiting the consolation of Israel, and Holy Spirit was upon him; ²⁶ and it had been intimated to him by the Holy Spirit, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Christ of the Lord.
