Judas Arranges To Betray Jesus

⁴ He went away and discussed with the chief priests and officers of the temple guard how he might betray Jesus, handing him over to them. ⁵ They were delighted and arranged to give him money. ⁶ So Judas agreed and began looking for an opportunity to betray Jesus when no crowd was present.

Zechariah 11:12-13

Then I said to them, "If it seems good to you, pay me my wages, but if not, forget it." So they weighed out my payment -- thirty pieces of silver.

Matthew 26:15-16

and said, "What will you give me to betray him into your hands?" So they set out thirty silver coins for him.
