And in the day-time he was teaching in the temple. Bat he went out and passed the nights in the mount called the mount of Olives.

The power

I will not talk much more with you; for the prince of this world is coming, and has nothing in me.

in order to open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the authority of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins, and an inheritance among the sanctified, by faith in me.

But if our gospel is vailed, it is vailed among the lost,

for our conflict is not with flesh and blood, but with the principalities, with the authorities, with the rulers of the darkness of this world, with the wicked spirits in the heavenly regions.

who has delivered us from the authority of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of his beloved Son,

And the great dragon, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world, was cast into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
