Luke 7:49

And those who reclined with him said within themselves, Who is this that forgives sins also?

And behold some of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemes.

Why does this man speak so? he blasphemes. Who can forgive sins but God alone?

And seeing their faith, he said, Man, your sins are forgiven you.

Blessed are they whose transgressions are forgiven and whose sins are covered;
