Mark 10:18

And Jesus said to him, Why do you call me good? none is good but one, God.

And he said to him, Why do you ask me of the good? one is the good. But if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.

I receive not glory from men,

all have turned aside, they have together become unprofitable; there is no one that does good, there is not even one;

All good giving, and every perfect gift, comes down from above, from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change or shadow of turning.

He that loves not has not known God; for God is love.

And we have known and believed the love which God has for us. God is love; and he that continues in love continues in God and God in him.
