Mark 14:57

Some got up and bore false witness against him, saying,

but they could find none, although a number of false witnesses came forward. However, two men came forward at last

and calling, "You were to destroy the temple and build it in three days! Save yourself, if you are God's Son! Come down from the cross!"

Those who passed by scoffed at him, nodding at him in derision and calling, "Ha! You were to destroy the temple and build it in three days!

Then the Jews accosted him with the words, "What sign of authority have you to show us, for acting in this way?"

They also brought forward false witnesses to say, "This fellow is never done talking against this holy Place and the Law!
