But Jesus immediately spoke to them, saying, Take courage; it is I: be not afraid.

And behold, they brought to him a paralytic, laid upon a bed; and Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, Be of good courage, child; thy sins are forgiven.

But the following night the Lord stood by him, and said, Be of good courage; for as thou hast testified the things concerning me at Jerusalem, so thou must bear witness at Rome also.

And Jesus coming to them touched them, and said, Rise up, and be not terrified.

But he says to them, It is I: be not afraid.

These things have I spoken to you that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye have tribulation; but be of good courage: I have overcome the world.

Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I, Jehovah, the first; and with the last, I am HE.

Fear not, for I am with thee; be not dismayed, for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee, yea, I will help thee, yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Fear not, thou worm Jacob, ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith Jehovah, and thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

I, even I, am he that comforteth you: who art thou, that thou fearest a man that shall die, and the son of man that shall become as grass;

Then Jesus says to them, Fear not; go, bring word to my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there they shall see me.

But the angel said to him, Fear not, Zacharias, because thy supplication has been heard, and thy wife Elizabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John.

And the angel said to her, Fear not, Mary, for thou hast found favour with God;

And the angel said to them, Fear not, for behold, I announce to you glad tidings of great joy, which shall be to all the people;

And he said to them, Why are ye troubled? and why are thoughts rising in your hearts?

Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe on God, believe also on me.

And when I saw him I fell at his feet as dead; and he laid his right hand upon me, saying, Fear not; I am the first and the last,
