Jesus Foretells Peter's Denial

³¹ Then Jesus said to them, “Tonight all of you will run away because of Me, for it is written:

I will strike the shepherd,
and the sheep of the flock will be scattered. ³² But after I have been resurrected, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.” ³³ Peter told Him, “Even if everyone runs away because of You, I will never run away!”

Matthew 28:10

Then Jesus told them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell My brothers to leave for Galilee, and they will see Me there.”

The 11 disciples traveled to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had directed them.

But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you to Galilee; you will see Him there just as He told you.’”
