Matthew 27:22

Pilate replied, what shall I do then with Jesus, who is called Christ? they all cried out, let him be crucified.

Jacob father of Joseph the husband of Mary of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.

therefore when they were assembled, Pilate said to them, who would you have releas'd? Barabbas, or Jesus, who is called Christ?

Now the chief priests, and the whole council endeavour'd to get evidence against Jesus, to condemn him to die; but they found none.

Pilate still urg'd them again, and said, what then would you have me do with him, that you stile king of the Jews?

Pilate therefore, desirous to release Jesus, expostulated with them again.

it was then about the sixth hour of the day before the sabbath of the passover: and he said to the Jews, behold your king.

know then, my brethren, it is by him, that the remission of sins is offer'd to you:

Pilate having order'd the chief priests, the senators, and people to appear, he said to them,

although they could not convict him of any thing capital, yet they demanded of Pilate, that he should be put to death.
