Matthew 27:26

Then he released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.

So then Pilate took Jesus and scourged him.

I will therefore chastise him and release him."

and deliver him to the Gentiles to be mocked and scourged and crucified, and he will be raised on the third day."

So Pilate, wanting to satisfy the crowd, released Barabbas to them; and he delivered Jesus, after he had scourged him, to be crucified.

and they will mock him, and spit on him, and scourge him, and kill him. And after three days he will rise."

For he will be delivered to the Gentiles, and will be mocked and insulted and spit upon.

And he released the man who had been thrown into prison for insurrection and murder, the one they asked for; but Jesus he delivered up to their will.

Then he handed him over to them to be crucified. So they took Jesus.

He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.
