And for fear of him the guards trembled, and became as dead men.

And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead: and he laid his right-hand upon me, saying, Fear not, I am the First and the Last,

Pilate said to them, Ye have a guard; go, make it as secure as ye can.

While they were going, behold some of the guard coming into the city, told the chief priests all the things that had been done.

And as he journeyed, he drew near Damascus; and suddenly there shone about him a light from heaven.

Then he called for lights, and sprang in, and trembling, fell down before Paul and Silas.
