And behold, there was a great tempest in the sea, so that the ship was covered by the waves: but he was asleep.

And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves dashed into the ship, so that it was now full.

And while they were sailing, he fell asleep. And a storm of wind came down upon the lake, and they began to be filled, and were in danger.

and, having entered the ship, went across the sea toward Capernaum. And it was now dark, and Jesus had not come to them.

Now, Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.

And I rejoice, on your account, that I was not there, in order that you may believe. But let us go to him.

But in a little time a tempestuous wind, called Euroclydon, blew against it.

three times I was beaten with rods; once I was stoned; three- times I have been shipwrecked; a night and a day I spent in the deep.
