From thee shall he come forth purposing evil against Jehovah, a counselor of Belial.

Wherefore did the nations rage, and the peoples will meditate emptiness?

For they stretched out evil upon thee: they purposed a device, they will not prevail.

Jehovah made vain the counsel of the nations: he brought the purposes of the peoples to nought

No wisdom and no understanding, and no counsel against Jehovah.
