And as they went in the way, they came to some water: and the eunuch said, Behold water; what hinders me to be immersed? And Philip said, If thou believest from the whole heart, it is lawful. And having answered, he said, I believe the Son of God to be Jesus Christ. And he ordered the chariot to stand: and both went down into the Water, both Philip and the eunuch: and he immersed him.
