Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me:

take then that worthless fellow, turn him out in the dark, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

so when you have done all that you were commanded to do, say, we are unprofitable servants; we have only done what was our duty to do.

they are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable, there is none that doth good, no not one.

of darkness into his marvellous light: you, who formerly were not a people, but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy,
