¹⁷ The way of the upright is to turn away from evil; he who keeps his way guards his way. ¹⁸ Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. ¹⁹ It is better to be of an humble spirit with the lowly than to divide the spoil with the proud.
