Whoso is wise, and pondereth these things well, shall understand the loving-kindness of the LORD.
Who is wise? Who hath knowledge to make an answer? Wisdom maketh a man's face to shine, but malice putteth it out of favour.
Who is wise to understand these things and hath wit to perceive them? For the ways of the LORD are straight, and the righteous shall walk in them: but the wicked shall tumble in them.
but the wisdom that is from above, is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without judging, and without simulation.

It is not good to regard the person of the ungodly, or to put back the righteous in judgment.
To have respect of persons in judgment is not good: And why? He will do wrong; yea, even for a piece of bread.
Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment. Thou shalt not favour the poor nor honour the mighty, but shalt judge thy neighbour righteously.
See that ye know no man in judgment: but hear the small as well as the great and be afraid of no man, for the judgment is God's. And the cause that is too hard for you, bring unto me and I will hear it.'
Wrest not the law, nor know any person, neither take any reward: for gifts blind the wise and pervert the words of the righteous.
Wherefore, let the fear of the LORD be with you, and take heed and do it. For there is no unrighteousness in the LORD our God nor regarding of persons, nor taking of rewards."
How long will ye give wrong judgment, and accept the persons of the ungodly? Selah.
Judge not after the outer appearance: but judge righteous judgment."
Them that sin, rebuke openly that others may fear.
are ye not even partial in your selves, and have judged after evil thoughts?
And if so be that ye call on the father, which without respect of person judgeth according to every man's works, see that ye pass the time of your pilgrimage in fear:
