Proverbs 7:4

Say to wisdom: You are my sister! Call understanding your friend.

If I say to the pit: You are my father! And to the worm: You are my mother and sister!

Pay close attention to wisdom, and let your [mind and] heart (inner being) reach for discernment.

Do not abandon wisdom, and she will protect you. Love her, and she will keep you safe.

If only you were like my brother, that sucked the breasts of my mother! When I find you outside I would kiss you. I would not be despised.

He stretched out his hand towards his disciples, and said: Behold, my mother and my brothers!

As he was talking a woman out of the crowd shouted: Blessed is the woman who bore you and nursed you.
